SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of processing. A flat rate shipping fee will be added to all final invoices based upon the weight of your order. With the exception of any orders that may qualify for promotional shipping fee exclusions.

Most shipped orders will be delivered within 1-7 business days.

Return/Refund Policy

All sea moss product purchases are final sale. Sea moss products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All other products may be returned within twenty (20) days from the date of original purchase. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise a store credit will be issued. A store credit will only be issued for all unopened/untampered items which are returned in their original packaging.
